2.3.4 (RYEW) Capital of Castile

Castile has no de jure capital in earlier start dates due to Toledo being de jure Andalusia, IIRC it kicks in after 1085, when Castile has finally conquered the county.

Burgos should be the de jure capital for the entire CK2 timeline, Toledo was an important city, but not the capital, however it does make sense as the imperial Spanish de jure capital due to its history as capital of Visgothic Spain.

Yeah, it doesn't make sense to have Toledo as the capital when it isn't a part of the de jure kingdom. I'll file a bug report for it.
