[2.3.4] Ruler of a codename dynasty

My current game (started pre 2.3.4) I have noticed a ruler of k_dyn_300140565 on the map appear near Persia. Its noticeable now but no idea when it first got into that state. I suspect it has something to do with the Mongol events (being it is a Mongol ruler) and specifically when the Ilkhanate got crushed by Persia and the golden horde. That is all the information I have though so this might not be very useful to debug.

I think that is the default name of a custom kingdom that did not take the duchy it spawned from's name (you can see it if you reset a custom kingdoms name with the customize dlc)
