Hello guys,
I think I have found a bug, and I am ready to make a few tests and a proper bug report with repro steps BUT I am also trying to get some achievements, and I really don't want to waste the savefile of my current run. Is there any way to back-up the Ironman save so that I can test my issue?
Anyway, for now it's a bit vague, but here's what I have:
-- As emperor of Mongol Empire, still tribal but Reformed Tengri, I granted the Duchy of Kabulistan (feudal) to my heir.
-- Concurrently, I was trying to increase Tribal Organisation, in order to adopt feudalism. I am not 100% sure, but I think my ruler died while a vote was in progress.
-- When the heir inherited, Mongol Empire apparently became feudal: can't raise army with prestige, no special job for chancellors, no decision in Intrigue Tab anymore.
But there are a series of issues regarding laws:
-- I still can't change succession laws. I am in Ultimogeniture, and nothing else appears in the list of succession law.
-- Also, I have no Crown Authority; NOT as in "Autonomous Vassal", more as in "no case is selected at all". I cannot click on "Autonomous Vassal" because I need to have "Limited Authority" for that...
-- Similarly, in the beginning I had neither Feudal nor Imperial Administration, but there I could click on Feudal. I did it, it led to a proper vote, but nothing happened afterward.
-- I created a Kingdom title to check its laws: it is created in Elective Gavelkind, with Gavelkind appearing in the list. Can't see Ultimogeniture there. At first I thought the Kingdom was still tribal, but there again I can see the line Crown Authority. I just can't click on any choice.
My best guess is that I became Feudal when a Feudal heir inherited, with all the Feudal interfaces (line for Crown Laws and Administration, Councilor Jobs, etc.), but since I never took the proper decision to Adopt Feudalism, I am still subject to all the Tribal restrictions regarding Laws.
Any idea guys?
