Steps to reproduce:
1. enforce peace against Byzantine Empire (should give you all of Greece in this save)
2. create k_greece (Serene Republic of Greece)
3. make k_greece primary title
4. move capital to Constantinople
5. succession doesn't set properly. neither son nor republican heir becomes primary heir.
