Description: The death sound effect does not play at any time, even for characters close to mine. (Since this happens every time I play the game, I was unsure whether the sound had been patched out or if this is actual bug.)
DLC: I own all the major DLC.
Mod: I use mods on occasion, but the sound will not play even in the unmodded game.
Reproduction Steps: This is an issue every time I start the game.
(I would include a save game, but for some reason Windows will not let me upload the file.)
Thank you - this seems like a comparatively minor thing, but it does change my experience of the game.
