I can send a save if needed. I was playing the basque count in Aragon (starts independent) in a later start. I swore fealty to King of Aragon. Over the course of a year or so I kept getting an event where my liege says he's running low on money and would like some of mine in exchange for a title. OK that's cool - but as far as I can tell no money was ever deducted from my treasury (unless it was something low like 1-10 ducats per title). He basically gave me the entire Duchy of Aragon for free and I just had to keep 300-400 in the treasury.
