[2.3.4] Liberation war cancelled when title is created

Playing as Kingdom of Nubia, I have recently finished conquering the last duchy of the Sultan of Egypt, and so the title is now vacant. My troops are busy fighting in Abyssinia, and so when a revolt pops up for the Liberation of the Kingdom of Egypt with more men than my vassals can provide. Could be a tough one. While watching the levies stream towards my marshaling point, I remember that I wanted to create Egypt, and so create the title. Instantly the Liberation war ends and more bizarrely, the enemy leader joins my court (and promptly requests to be my marshal).

It's not a bug at all. The CB that revolt uses is only valid if the title has no holder.

There's a general problem with CK2 in that CB = invalid means you instantly cancel the entire war. But that's not specific to this particular bad, but functional, design.
