[2.3.4] Letters from dead relatives

Having family focus, I got the event saying I regularly write to my son and that our relationship has therefore improved (mutual positive opinion modifier). Sadly, the son in question had been dead for a while.

Not a huge bug, but I thought I'd let you guys know anyway.
