What you're suggesting is that I should be making save game copies before each imprisonment attempt if it's at 100%. I'm not a tester you know, I don't play the game to prove there's this or that bug.Rarity can be accounted for. The fact you are using Ironman does not mean you can't provide a savegame where a character has fled when they shouldn't have. You can even provide the save from before the imprison attempt.
https://forum.paradoxplaza.com/foru...y-wrong-with-percentages-in-this-game.838243/Reported by others, where? I checked the reports back 6 months and seen nothing about this issue. Also if it had been reported, then why make another report?
What I would actually suggest is to stick your mentor tone up your bum. Also your assumption that you will _always_ get the same result using someone's save file and following his actions _may_ not be correct. Other than that I do agree that providing all the data is best but that's all I have at the moment. That's not what I said at all. But here is something that might blow your mind. If you try to imprison someone at 100% and it fails, the game doesn't save. You can alt tab out and make a copy of that save which can then be uploaded, along with information about who it was you tried to imprison.
If you are suggesting you shouldn't be providing information in a bug report, than it obviously isn't that big an issue for you.
I know but the game is so weird since the last few DLCs that I don't know what's WAD and what's not anymore. So I'd rather post in General and check what others think before posting here.Just as an FYI, bug posts that are NOT in the Bug Report forum essentially don't count. If it's not in here, post it again. However, yes paradox would've liked more information than this...
It is possible I guess. Is it possible that the 100% is just rounding error, and that the actual chance is 99.7% or 99.95% or something like that?
