[2.3.4] Graphical Bug - Missing Coat of Arms

I've tried verifying the local cache but that's all fine, no new files to download. So, what gives?

Can we expect a fix for these graphical bugs soon?

This is not a bug, but rather a technical issue on your end. Try reinstalling the game, if that doesn't work you could seek further help in the Technical Support forum.

Just manually delete your documents/paradox/ck2/gfx/ folder.

Also, my game was 100% fine before the latest patch (I haven't played since then, been busy playing EU4).
