I am playing as duke of Perm. I gave away county level title to my marshal and he gained -20 opinion for being fired from council. He also got -30 opinion for losing ward when he moved the location.
IMHO he should've not be fired or the penalty should be 0 as he got fancy new title and previously he was lowborn.
