I was playing and I just received a completely blank event with two options.
Option 1 gives -10 piety.
Option 2 gives -10 prestige.
The upload a file capability on this message forum is pure trash and doesn't ever seem to work, so here's a dropbox link for the savegame file which is saved with the event waiting for a response:

I'm playing with all expansion DLCs except Way of Life and Sunset Invasion.
I think the event might be related to someone trying to spread rumors about me because a little while before this someone spread a rumor that my character was a sodomite and I lost 10 prestige with a bunch of people.
