2.3.4. Event bickering families

I had a feeling this event was restricted either to having the improve diplomacy ambition or the stewardship focus

I had cavorting focus and I think no ambition. though I did get the bickering families event? is this WAD or a mistake?

WAD, if you've got below 8 in the stat associated with the focus you've got, you can trigger these events.
