Members of patrician dynasties can still get events causing them to marry even if they should not be able to marry (for example are a bishop or monk.

See for example:

the courtier created will appear in court, but will be briefly married (as they have prestige from the marriage).

This has been reported for previous versions, see eg here and here

As stated in the previous cases it's known and will hopefully fixed in the future. Unless I'm missing something new here.
