The jarl ruler of Svi....(Sweden, basically) decided to raid my capital in Skane a few years into the Old Gods start. Shows up with an army of 2500, sieges and loots two holdings...and then just stays there. Forever. No ships to be seen around (this is not a border province) and he's at peace, but -25 in debt.
I wonder how long it will take him to leave...can't do much without my capital's taxes and levies.
