[2.3.3] [UBQH] Cannot request crusade against Ilkhanate

Description:
Playing as the Roman Empire with the pope as my vassal. I'm trying to request a crusade on Ilkhanate and their Kingdom of Persia title. However, the send button is greyed out even though all conditions are met and checked. I can request crusades on other nations, such as Mali or The Arabian Empire. I started this game on a version from mid-december, has followed official updates ever since.

Best I can do is a screenshot (I don't know why Ilkhanate has a kingdom called k_dyn_303036406 but they do, if i remember correctly they took a kingdom formed from a duchy).
My savegame is 16,7 mb so i can't upload it because of size restrictions.

When do you think it will be fixed? I'm just asking because if it'll be awhile, I will just go crusading on someone else, even though it is an opportune time to take a bite out of the Ilkhanate

I just wanted to point out your checksum is wrong. Is that what shows when you first start the game, in BOTH the launcher and the main game menu? If so you need to do a full clean reinstall.

I heard some where that verifying the integrity of the game cache would solve it. Tried it and it's fixed. HOWEVER, asking the pope ever so nicely to launch a crusade against the sunni caliph for the kingdom of arabia seems to introduce something new and unexpected.
The "join crusade" button doesn't let me join, and the "offer to join war" button is absent.
I tried launching a crusade against Mali and there is no problem. Does me having a truce with the Caliph somehow forbid me from joining someone else's war on someone? I tried having the pope declare crusade on one of the other titles the caliph holds, but same result... What's up?

*EDIT Also, my checksum has changed after launching the game once. Why is this? Perhaps it's because I was lazy and didn't do a clean reinstall?

I got rid of the caliph through questionable methods and was able to join the crusade on his successor. I've just never had that problem before.

I suspect your checksum was fine. Everytime you resign the checksum will change, this is due to some information being stored in memory. Which can cause problems with say joining a multiplayer game. I'd say yours was like that because you were resigning a lot to find a way to get your crusade to work.

I don't know why verifying the game files worked at all, because I have the correct checksum and I replicated the problem with my game, as I suspect rageair did too. Did you use the same savegame file from before or from a later date?

Yeah, forgot to add that i rolled back to a earlier autosave (january 1275 I believe) so I had more time to get rid of the troublesome caliph. He kept counter-crusading me by declaring jihad JUST after I requested a crusade...

I appear to be having the same problem and have tried verifying my cache already.

I'm the Roman Emperor with the pope as a vassal but in iron man. Just like the OP I can't get a crusade called on the Ilkhanate (any of their kingdoms, including Persia) but could against other non-Christians such as Fataimd Syria.

Here is a link to my save if it is of any help.

As for DLC I have the following (all running):
Charlemagne, Dynasty CoA Pack 1, Legacy of Rome, Mongol Graphics Pack, Rajas of India, Ruler Designer, Songs of Albion, Songs of Faith, Songs of the Holy Land, Sons of Abraham, Sunset Invasion, Sword of Islam, The Old Gods, The Republic (i.e all major except for the Way of Life and EuIV Converter as well as some minor ones).

I have no mods installed.

I can attach a screenshot if necessary but it will be the same as the OP's (just with a different list of kingdoms).
