[2.3.3] Jihad in MP game did not properly take land

Here is a save from an MP game I've been in. In the save, the HRE is about to loose a Jihad for Africa, but remained the top level liege of the land, both in the MP game, and when I tested the save in SP to see if it did the same thing. The actual county level titles, however, are given out to Muslims, who are made vassals of the kingdom of Italy, even those those county titles had previously been vassals to the Merchant League of Venice, another of the HRE's vassals. I don't really know what caused what happened here.
