[2.3.3] Holy Site Icon not showing up for Reformed Pagan Religions

Once you reform a pagan religion, the icon on the holding screen of your holy sites that tells you it's a holy site disappears.

It still functions normally as a holy site and is displayed on the map, but you can't see the icon from the holding screen.

To reproduce, all you need to do is reform a pagan religion; Khazaria in 769 is probably easiest (subjugate Turkestan then console yourself 750 piety to reform).

Yeah, I have seen this in the past as well.

Most noticeably during a pre-Charlemagne game (so this problem has been around for awhile).
