[2.3.3 DAQH] Option text wrong in event 100000

Event text EVTOPTA100000 seems to be wrong for an event that can occur while growing up. It says 'Tell them you stole the cookies and the quill!', but to match the result of the option it should read 'Tell them [highlight]who[/highlight] stole the cookies and the quill!'.

Reproduction: Fire event id = 100000
