[2.3.3] Become Heir ambition does not invalidate if independent ruler

A character can become an independent ruler who isn't a valid character to take the 'Become Heir' ambition, but still keeps the ambition anyway.

(The character is Buddhist because I was screwing around with the console on observe, however nothing I did there has anything to do with the ambition bug here.)

This is also true of ambitions like "Become Chancellor". It doesn't auto-clear upon becoming an independent ruler.

The become_*insert job title* ambitions do have an abort trigger for being independent, which did seem to work for me, but I reported the heir problem

The jobs used to, I think. Either way, they should - it's 100% impossible to fulfill a job ambition if you are independent.

Just wait a day or two and the ambition will go away on its own.

I just realised that the ambition to become lord spiritual is broken for Nestorians and Orthodox/Miaphysite heresies that become dominant. I may make a bug report tommorow.
