[2.3.2 MMUR] William the Bastard Glitches

William the Bastard does not gain the title Conqueror after winning the invasion of England.

He also doesn't seem to be effected by the way of life stat buffs staying at 21 martial even after taking the war focus.

He also sometimes starts OOC and no claim on England.

Christianized Norse Tribals do not raid even if the Viking Invasion event has fired previously. It seems like outside of the germanic tribes very few few tribals actually raid.

First time reporting bugs so if this wasnt listed already I apologize.

I had the same problem with not getting the Conqueror title after taking the whole realm.

I had the problem with no claim and not at war as well but that was because of navigating back and forth on the start menu, once I reloaded and went strait to the start date I wanted that didn't happen.

Added the title and OOC bug to the internal database.

I could not reproduce the WoL stat buff issue, I got the stats from the war focus just fine.
