So after my heir took over in Wales I noticed that I did not have the usual Feast or Summer Fair options on my decision list. My heir was previously in a matrilineal marriage in Sicily but his brother who was going to be heir died suddenly and so I nominated him instead.
Currently, he does not hold any titles other than those of my Kingdom, but the tooltip still says he's a King AND a Duke in Foggia...is the previous Duke status overriding the King in terms of decision options i.e. glitch? Or did I do something wrong?
The only decisions in the list for my new King are:
-Conscript Merchant Ships (odd? Not sure how I got this)
-Invite Holy Man
-Invite Noble
-Present Debutant
If my next heir is also missing these options in his decision list I'm going to be really concerned...
