Description: I had a Duchess in my prison after she revolted. If it matters, she is a lesbian and a has a seduction focus. The issues is that she tries to make an escape attempt by seducing a guard and gets caught, so I throw her into the oubliette, but after that, my king gets the pop up telling him that he's going to be thrown into the oubliette instead of her, and gets the modifier.
DLC: All Major and Minor Gameplay DLC, all face packs, all dynasty shield packs, the clothes packs, and a few of the older unit and song packs.
Mods: Active, Original Portaits for Mongol Children, and Ruler Designer Unlocked and Shattered World currently turned off. All from Steam Workshop.
Reproduction: I've had the event work out this way every time I have her imprisoned, and I've thrown her in the oubliette after an escape attempt. I suspect THOUGH CANNOT CONFIRM what needs to be done to reproduce the event is as follows:
1. Have a female prisoner with the seduction focus
2. Wait for her to try and escape.
I have not had this occur with any of my other female prisoners, though none of those women were landed nor was I their liege. I do have the save games from two instances (I tried reloading to see if the issue reoccurred) where this happened, but I do not know how to upload save games.

EDITED TO ADD: Reloaded my second save, event immediately fired, I tried putting her under house arrest, and my king was sent to the oubliette AGAIN. (https://i.imgur.com/1Gs1Tat.png)
HOWEVER, going with the option of praising the gaolor and sending her back to the normal dungeon lets my king remain free.
