[2.3.2 MMUR] Game forgets nominations on load game

When I load my game there is always a nomination notification for one of my Agnatic-Cognatic Elective kingdoms (I have two kingdoms with Elective and one with Elective Gavelkind - conquered that last one from my tribal brother, while I reformed to feudalism).
I pick it, but on the next load, I have to pick it again...

Do you have a savegame where this issue is present? If so, I'd like to take a look at it!
