[2.3.2] MMUR CtD every time i want to move an army

description:
every time when i select an army and right click in another region the game crashes to desktop. I started an new game yesterday after a 6month break. I started two different games, and with or without dlc's or mods. I always get a CTD. I can play the rest of the game without issues.

Fixed it!

Made a clean install. Didn't know that I have to delete files manually! Now i can move my armies. Hope i can enjoy the game completly.
