thats a custom title it seems that was recreated. It seems the name isnt saved when title is deleted so just go in and use the dlc to change the name.
There is currently an issue with the information of custom titles not being saved properly if the title isn't held by any character. Which ends up with the name not making any sense as in your screenshot. But we are aware of it and can hopefully get it fixed soon.
