[2.3.2] d_aragon is part of k_aquitaine in the Old Gods start date

For some reason the Duchy of Aragon is a part of de-jure Aquitaine in 867, even though the Duke of Aragon is a vassal of the King of Navarra and most of the Duchy of Aragon is a Part of Andalusia. Aquitaine does not control any part of the Duchy of Aragon.

We are aware the situation with the duchy of Aragon. It hasn't been a priority to fix it lately, but I think there was talk a while ago to update the de jure territories of the area at some point. So it's most likely gonna be changed at the same time in that case. Otherwise I'll just have to poke The Witch-King about it and see what we'll do with it.

Please address Istria and Aquileia while at it — they have entirely Lombard de facto allegiance and history files and culture but are de iure parts of d_Carinthia (which reflects something that only started happening around 950 AD and pretty much stopped around 1040, so it shouldn't really affect the game much, as it was a brief situation in between the 867 and 1066 starts), which is in k_Bavaria.
