[2.3.2] Current Rulers Only Showing On Resign Screen

Only my current ruler is showing on the resign screen. None of the previous rulers with the "ruled for X days/months/years" are showing up.

Running the most recent patch of the game on OS X 10.8, on a 2.66 GhZ Intel Core i7 Processor, with 4 GB of 1067 MHz DDR3 and completely sufficient Video Memory. Everything else is running fine. I recently (a week ago) reformatted my ENTIRE hard drive, so the install should not be the problem.
