[2.3.2] Crash on resign and no list of rulers

About half of the time I resign from a game I get an immediate crash to desktop, if it doesn't crash it takes several minutes to get to the main menu.

In addition the list of past rulers that normally appears on the right hand side of the page doesn't show up at all

The list of rulers is a known issue.

Do you know how to replicate the CTD successfully everytime?

The slowness can be fixed by restarting your computer.

No, it happens about every other time I resign though

Hey, both of the issues are known to us. I can't however give any estimates on when a fix for it will be out. But cheers for taking your time reporting!
