[2.3.2] County-level de jure history not properly memorized in savegames

Here is a quick description of the bug: whenever the de jure affiliation of counties to duchies is changed in specific start dates through the history files (be it in Vanilla or in Mods), such information is lost upon loading a savegame.

To replicate the bug, simply start a game in 769, save, reload and check the de jure status of the duchy of Powys - it should have disappeared.

It has been reported and confirmed before. It is strange that I never see it happen though. When you say reload, do you mean resign and load the game?

No. Just reload.
