[2.3.2] Cannot accept marriage bethrothal when on Liege's council.

Pretty straightforward.

I am in a bethrothal with one of my liege's daughters. I serve on his council as his Steward. When his daughter comes of age, I get the "Ruler Unmarried" icon, but not the "Betrothed Can Marry" icon. I cannot complete the marriage at all through the diplomacy menu.

However, the moment I [Resign from Council], the "Betrothed Can Marry" icon appears and I can finalize the marriage.

The problem is the same if you want to marry (or make marry) or betrothal (or make betrothal) to/with someone which has a council position in your own court/realm/and with any other courts/realms. The character who has a council position is simply absent from the potential list of candidates (that includes your own character too).

Problem was reported some months ago many times before already Seems it got throught the patches.

In 2.3.2 i still cant betrothe a daughter/son to someone who has a council position. or i still cant marry myself if i have a position, or marry someone in my court with someone else who has a council position (in another court).
