Don't think it's mentioned in the beta changelog and it seems like odd behaviour to me... a few of my vassals revolted and the leader gained strong claims on ALL of his co-revolters land after the war ended:

I was planning on simply releasing him for bonus opinion... but now he has the potential of becoming ridiculously powerful by attacking my other vassals with all his free claims. I'm going to just let him rot in my dungeon for now.

Another issue seen in the save is how my vassals start idling their troops. You can see around 5000+ troops standing in one province doing nothing, didn't help much during the war either besides gathering up in that province.
