I haven't seen this happen to me. Is this still an issue in the latest version? Make sure that your game is up to date, and if you still get the issue, try to provide any details of why this might be happening. That would be great. As I haven't gotten this myself, I assume that there might be some step you need to do in order to get it to happen.
