2.2 L-Cluster bug (spoilers)

Before 2.2, the Dessanu Consonance would gift you one of each L-Cluster strategic resource (gray actuators, gray crystals, gray dust and gray scales).

However, as the old strategic resources were removed, they now give you nothing but a massive disappointment. And a "Dessanu Gift" country modifier that does nothing and has no tooltip.

Also for some reason your admiral don't gain any exp against the grey tempest even if he won a battle against all odds (I will check again in the next battle just to confirm)

edit: oh, they did, like 14 exp per ship. Okay

I've checked the /common/static_modifiers and the codes there currently are:

I bet they've totally forgotten to update this one. (there exists even more TODOs in other parts of the codes, such as the gaia world building generation from the grey goo empire, which is also in 2.1 format)

still bugged. Estimating somtheing cool i got just nothing from Dessanu Consonance.
