2.2.4 bug / deportation switched to genocide

just updatet my game from 2.2.3 to 2.2.4

in my existing game i was deporting some aliens. after the update the deportation switched to genocide. i have set the rules to deportation only, but they get killed anyway.

same happens on new games started with 2.2.4.

after setting the game back to 2.2.3 the deportation works fine.

Probably a bug. 2.2.4 has a fair amount of them, but that's what a test version is for. A bug report is probably in order if you haven't done it already.
