[2.2.2.1] Random CTD

Description: Loading this save and playing it for a few weeks will crash the game.

DLCs: Charlemagne, Sword of Islam, Sons of Abraham, The Old Gods, and some cosmetic packs
Mods: I was running the flat water mod, but I turned it off and got the same crash as well.

Reproduction steps:

1. Load the save
2. Run the game for a month.

Tried to replicate with no luck, using all DLC's though. Also running on Win7.

Which DLC's do you not have? Even cosmetic packs can cause issues so listing them might help.

Hm, I'm getting repeated CTDs, I think on the 29th (I just tried again). My complete DLC list from the launcher is:

Charlemagne
Customization Pack
Early Eastern Clothing Pack
Norse Portraits
Norse Unit Pack
Ruler Designer
Russian Portraits
Sons of Abraham
The Old Gods
The Sword of Islam

Also, I'm running this in OS X 10.9.5

Just tried with only those DLC's and did not have an issue. It might be OS though, I am running Win7.

I have the same problem on Linux, it seems to be something wrong in the CProvince::CanBuildNewSettlement function.

So no help from a mac player? I can't get past this point in the game. Really would like to though

I've asked people with Mac and Linux respectively to look at the CTD's, hopefully we'll be able to find something that causes the crashes.

Just ran the save with all DLC three times over and my game freezes around a week in (I've let it try to recover for about 15 min). Though I didn't get any actual crash? But I'll pass the information through Thanks.

Awesome, thanks guys. Weird that it doesn't crash though, mine does every time.

Anyway, hope you find the issue!
