[2.2.1] Vassals Imprisoned In Foreign Courts and Revocation

If your vassal is in prison in a foreign court and you try to revoke a title (say because he's a different religion) then the vassal says "Maybe" which can lead to multiple wars before any titles can ever be revoked. Characters in Prison should always say "Yes" to revocation even if in the prison of a foreign court.

I would rather say that this is not a bug but rather a suggestion. And there are parts of this suggestion that I do agree with, and some that I do not as it could be very bad gameplay wise when playing a vassal.
