2.2.1 - Regency breaking crown authority

In 2.2.1, regents are able to lower crown authority multiple times in a short period. Furthermore, upon ending the regency, your character is prevented from raising crown authority under the 'one crown law change per ruler' rule, even though he did not change it himself. This means that most regencies end with a young ruler who is stuck under Autonomous Vassals for the rest of his long, pathetic career.

Right now its WAD. The regent is entering a faction to lower crown authority and then forces it through without you having a say in it, because you are a child and don't have anything to say about it.
