When any faction gets over 100% and tries to press their demands, and I refuse them, nothing happens. They then will spam me with the decision AGAIN every few days.

[2.2.1] Major faction bugs when playing as Strategos (Viceroy) of Byzantine Theme

I've tested this in a few scenarios. I'm not able to reproduce this, as I get a revolt against me as intended. A save game from before when this happens would be great. Also, you don't make it clear on who you are playing, your title state that you are playing as a Strategos (any specific one?), but most factions should be disabled against Viceroyalties. So what kind of faction is it that you get against you? Do you have any titles that are not Viceroyalties?
In the future, in order to make our job easier (and thus more issues getting fixed!), please use these guidelines when writing bug reports in order to include as much information as possible.
