[2.2.1] Launcher won't launch

So, OK. New computer, hence had to install CK2 fresh via Steam.

I did that successfully. I go to click on the CK2 icon on the desktop...and nothing happens.

Zilch. Zero. No error messages, no nothin. As you might imagine, this is driving me kinda bonkers.

Fixed with driver updates. Durr.
