I rarely get these CTDs but they usually occur when something happens and by preventing that thing it gets sorted out. I can email the save file not sure where is the best for you.

What kinds of things is it that create the crashes? If you have something like dropbox, that would be an ideal solution to just link in here.
Ok will post it when I get home. It varies each time. At present I am at war with the papacy and there is a chance of a faction revolt. When it does occur as it frequantly does the game crashes.
On the possibility of it being a unit sprite problem like some other recently reported crashes, what unit packs do you have?
some cosmetic DLC seen to be corrupted.
Test this: disable all your cosmetic DLC (portraits, units). Reinstall the game. See if you are still crashing.

The reported problems have seemed to be caused by missing unit DLCs, so disabling them might not fix anything.
I loaded this save file and the revolt did not cause my game to crash. I have 64bit linux with all DLCs installed.
The problem could be with DLCs: as it was discussed at the forum some content of DLCs was changed during last beta and it could lead to crash at some point. Could you make full reinstall of CK2 (that includes deleting all user content maybe except for savegames) ?
