[2.2.1] Crash when raising vassals' armies

On most recent patch (2.2.1), game sometime crashes when I raise my vassals' levies. Not always, just sometimes. Reopening and loading the game does NOT fix the issue. It still crashes. It kinda makes the game unplayable as I am stuck in a war where my vassals are needed and I can't use their levies.

Could you provide savegame and more details on your DLCs and instructions to reproduce the crash?

As grigorii mentioned, if you could upload a save game it would be very helpful for us as we would be able to try and reproduce the CTD here in the office.

Specifically, which unit DLCs you have, as some of the crashes have been linked to missing unit DLCs (and no, they don't want you to buy all of them, but need that detail to isolate the problem.)

While I'm here, let me point out that the attachment manager wouldn't let me upload a file because it is too big by 3.56 MB. The file size is 3.9 MB.

Here are the steps to reproduce the crash with this save
1. End the current war (it's at 100% already, so just enforce demands).
2. Dismiss all armies
3. Select Cornwall county and go to the diplomacy menu
4. Select declare war and press the claim of Eadwig Oswinesson.
5. Raise your personal levies
6. Raise your vassals' levies
7. Crash
