The tool-tip doesn't tell you that it enables female councillors and commanders .

While this is nothing major, it might be a good idea to add the information to the Cathar tooltip. Just to make the information more accessible. I'll post a report of it in our database. But won't, most likely, be added any time soon due to other priorities.
