As the Roman Empire headquarted in Rome, I sent my emperor on a pilgrimage. Then those damned viking attacked so I raised an army in Kaliopolis. So the usual message of living in Rome (for pilgrimage) appeared but it actually said Kaliopolis, where my Emperor was leading an army.
