[2.2.1.1] [SPSR] - Restored Roman Empire - 1st son still Heir to Byzantine Empire

As Emperor, I have three sons - all born in purple. (2nd son has one Duchy, the others hold no titles)

- Before restoring Roman Empire, 1st son is set to inherit everything; the Empire and demesne.
- After restoring Roman Empire, 3rd son is now marked heir to Roman Empire while (because?) 1st son is still heir to Byzantine Empire.

Furthermore, 1st son is still set to inherit the rest of the demesne, so now I must apparently kill him and maybe the 2nd son too so that I won't end up landless.

When it says that "Byzantine Empire is forfeit" after restoring the RE, shouldn't its inheritance be changed as well?

-JS

Game was started following Rajas of India.
DLCs: SoI, LoR, TR, TOG, SoA, RoI

There seem to be something strange with succession interface everything looks pretty much like you say, but when I killed myself and everything seemed to inherent to the right person and no new Byzantine empire appears. And reloading seem to solve all the interface issues.

Did you get any issues with the succession when you died?

Hi there, and thanks for replying.

No, I didn't dare go through with passing the titles on, but I'll give dying a whirl tonight

EDIT: I'm more concerned with bits and pieces of my Demesne passing the wrong way than the Byzantine name living on, actually
