Twice I have had my steward tell me that some county (first Fife, then Carrick) had been settled by good Norse families, but they do not change their culture. This i quite frustrating, when it is already really difficult to domesticate the land and people in the British Isles as a non-reformed norse...
And no, during this time, there have not been any successful conversions of culture
