[2.2.1.1] Multiple crown laws change during one lifetime

Playing with all DLCs except Sunset Invasion, and without mods.

I started a playthrough and noticed the emperor of HRE rised his crown authority from the lowest to high during one lifetime, as well as enforced viceroyality laws.
I started another one as HRE myself and in 8 years i was on my way to high crown authority, also opinion hits don't stack (as in when i received one for rising authority, i didn't get another while rising it further)
Oh, and HRE starts with agnatic-cognatic elective, as opposed to agnatic, which I believe was always the case.

Feature, not a bug.
see new line in defines:

MAX_CROWN_LAW_CHANGES = 5

Now you totally can change crown Authority from minimum to maximum within one lifetime.

Opinion hits not stacking, on the other hand, do seem like a bug.

This is a known and reported issue (in-house) that occured thanks to a bad merge, should be fixed soon enough as you should only be able to change it once per lifetime.
