When opening laws screen missing info in top left, ruler portrait, all the icons for the various menus.
I'm unable to reproduce this issue, i'm opening the law screen and everything is as it should be. Do you have a save game to share or maybe you did something special before opening the law screen and have some repro steps? Also if you got any mods on try to turn them off
