In the top right corner of the image there it has the cause for revolt. Mauring of the Italian revolt refused revocation of a duchy and has rebelled against King Centule. Both the King's name isn;t shown as well as the actual revolt name and or reason, except in the message received info in the top right of the picture. Basically there is missing information.

I can see it is missing, I can also see the war that was started. You are not supplying anything new in your statement. I tried several wars and all of them had the fields populated.

What were the circumstances of the region at the time? Do you have a samegame from when the screenshot was taken?

What other wars were active?

Perhaps it is random, although more likely an issue under select circumstances.

I was also unable to reproduce this unfortunately :( So it could just be a very specific case. I'm presuming you're playing on PC? Have you experienced it any more times?

This is the same issue reported in this thread:
http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum....2-Missing-Info-in-Invitation-to-Join-Revolts

It appears only for revolts, not other types of invitation to war.

I think I'm still seeing it in 2.2.1, but I'm not absolutely certain (I've been away for the holiday); and in any case my current game was started in 2.2.0.9. When I was experiencing this bug, it was not random—it affected every invitation to join a revolt.

What war types are these exactly? Faction wars should not be using CTW in any case, nor can you call allies with attempted revocation. I have suspected this to be the cause but it doesn't want to replicate for me.

Yes playing on PC, clean and fresh install of 2.2.1.1. the dlc im using is under my name. I havent seen this particular issue again.

A vassal of the king didn't like the fact the king chose to revoke his duchy title, so he took up arms in revolt. There was no faction involved. That was the cause of the war. I'm unsure why I'm being called to war if you cannot call allies in a title revocation war.. (or can you??) That may be another bug in itself.
