[2.2.1.1] Jester in silly hat event happening twice

I'm playing as William in the december 1066 scenario and am holding a summer fair for the first time. The "Jester in silly hat" event happened twice.

I think this is a general problem with all similar events. I'll check what the programmers think about it, since it might require a quite extensive revision of the scripts. But thanks for the report!
